What is a BLACKBOXX?

A BLACKBOXX is an elevated gift experience, expertly curated for you, especially for them. Our Ready-to-Ship collection is regularly refresh to offer broad options to meet a variety of needs and occasions to suit our audience. Our Custom & Couture collections are perfect for those with specific gifting requests for a team, group, event, or brand, and our Corporate services are for those with bulk gifting needs, whether they give annually or daily.

What will my recipient get to choose ?

Choices vary by gift, but each gift allows for Recipient's to specify their preferences, giving them a sneak peak of what's to come and more certainty that their gift will suit them. Recipient's of gifts from our Ready-to-Ship collections will also have the opportunity to specify their preferred shipping date and address, further reducing the burden on the Giver on gathering personal information.

Do you have international shipping options?

Yes! International shipping is available within our Custom & Couture and Corporate services.

Can I send a gift right away?

Absolutely! All clients are able to select their preferred ship date (which can be edited by the Recipient). Additionally, all gift notification messages can be sent the same day (and received within minutes of placing an order). Most Ready-to-Ship gifts are shipped within 1 business day. Custom & Couture and Corporate gifts are shipped in alignment with the agreed schedule.

What are the options for customization within BLACKBOXX packages?

Both Givers and Recipients are able to customize the chosen gift experience. Givers are able to customize the experience for the occasion and style, as well as select the complementary gift message card and message. Recipient's are able to select preferences based on the chosen experience, including size, color, flavor, scent and other choices.

Can I track the delivery status of my BLACKBOXX gift?

Yes. As soon as your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the Sender's Email Address. You will also get a notification when the gift has been shipped and are able to track the package through delivery.

Why do you ask for the Sender's Shipping Address.

Because we like to send gifts and we just might send you one. Just because.

Also, it is also useful for fraud prevention.

Are there any restrictions on the types of items that can be included in a BLACKBOXX?

We adhere to all local rules and laws and use good judgement in the selection of packages we independently curate, as well as those we curate with our clients.
